Want to ensure your pet is in tip top condition? Insert Practice Name>,based in<Insert area name>,isoffering a free health check* with a Registered Veterinary Nurse for your dog, cat, rabbit or guinea pig. The clinic is taking part in the British Veterinary Nursing Association’s VN Awareness Month initiative, which seeks to raise awareness of the valuable work carried out by Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) within veterinary practice.
The offer, which runs until <insert date of finish>is open to all pet owners, and will cover a nose to tail check:
- Eyes & ears – should be clean with no discharge
- Dental disease – checking for any broken teeth, inflamed gums or tartar
- Checking for any lumps or bumps
- Checking skin and coat condition
- Nail check and clip if required
- Weight check and advice in conjunction with body condition score
The RVN will also give advice onparasite control, feeding, neutering and vaccinations, as well as answer any questions that you may have about your pet’s health.
