Use www.graingerlearningcenter.com to enroll in instructor-led and web-based training courses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
TEAM HOME
Manage your team’s development by selecting Team Home from the drop-down menu.
View an employee’s training by clicking on their name in the Team Enrollments portlet:
Use the links in the Actions column to cancel an enrollment, accept an offered seat, view training results or mark an item complete (Note: Managers can only mark the following items complete: self-study, skill verification or workbook.) View completed items by clicking the Transcript quicklink in the upper right-hand corner.
Enroll a team member in training:
·  Click Add Learning from the Team Enrollments portlet.
·  Locate the learning offering and click Register.
·  Click Add Learners and Search to display all team members.
·  Choose individual learners and click Select.
·  Complete the registration process by clicking Register Seats and Learners.
Mark an item complete for a direct report:
·  Click employee name from the Team Enrollments portlet. Enrollments are then displayed.
·  Locate the learning item from the enrollments page
·  From the Actions column, click
·  Click the radio button to the left of the word successful
·  Click / Manager Tools
PROXY FUNCTION
·  To assign a proxy (someone you want to perform tasks for you), click the Preferences link from the upper right-hand corner of the page.
·  Click the Proxy Settings tab and click on Add Proxy.
· Enter Search People criteria (first name, last name or User ID) and click Search.
· You’ll receive a list of employees who meet that criteria.
· Check the box next to the correct person’s name and click Save at the bottom of the screen.
· The page will refresh and the name of the person you selected as Proxy will appear in Proxy Settings.
· Don’t forget to Save and Close this screen.
· When assigned as a Proxy, a Proxy link will appear in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
· Click Proxy and select the name of the person that you would like to proxy.
· The color scheme of the site will change, indicating that the employee is in proxy mode.
· Now the proxy can access the My Team page and perform manager functions such as registering employees for training or canceling enrollments.
· When the employee is done performing duties as a proxy, click the Proxy link, then click Exit Proxy Mode.

ForNew Hires:
Ø  Manager Day one activities in SAP will trigger new hire data to be sent to graingerlearningcenter.com and they will have access the next day. In SAP – System Access section, you must check the box in system code: TRNG system name: SABA (GLC.COM) for the team member to get access.
