Innovation and Development Symposium on International Biomedicine in 2017 (Draft )
I. The Theme of the Summit
The summit features the theme of “sharing and cooperating, seeking mutual benefits and win-win results”. International scientific and technological and industrial cooperation will be promoted based on more than seventy thousand enterprises in Shanghai Zhangjiang National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone. We will invite prestigious scholars, executives in enterprises, elites in technology circles as well as experts in the field of governmental supervision organizations, venture investment and so on. Extensive and in-depth discussions will be conducted on the new technology and strides made in medicine-related laws and regulations, new drug research and development, clinic, gene detection, precision medicine, big data, biomedical engineering. Related problems in international technology transfer will also be discussed thoroughly. Each parks and enterprise are encouraged to “walk out” to the world and boost the commercialization of technological achievements and international cooperation.

Other representatives from enterprises, universities, research institutions, technology agencies, chamber of commerce, and technology parks in Shanghai (Yangtze River Delta) and other cities along the Belt and Road will attend the summit.
