Job purpose:Managing and providing capacity building ground for MCN employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare work plan in accordance with general plan to achieve assigned Organizational goals.
  2. Provide useful and professional consults to HR Directorate / INL CB Advisor on CB Program.
  3. Observe specialists’ performanceand coordinate with INL specialists to provide facilities for better work.
  4. Receive INL funded specialists monthly/ quarterly plans and performance reports to coordinate it with HR & INL CB Advisor.
  5. Participate in recruitment committee for contract employees (INL Specialists) to recruit through open competition.
  6. Active cooperation in INL Specialists’ probationary and annual performance evaluation.
  7. Assist in drafting proposals for MCN employees CB programs in coordination with Training/Education department to provide sources from Donors.
  8. Participate in coordination meetings with INL office to prepare, arrange and track submitted proposals for MCN employees’ capacity building.
  9. Work in cooperation with the INL CB advisor on development of CB projects for MCN.
  10. Provide reports, plans and information regarding the activities of the INL supported advisors to the INL Capacity Building Advisor when requested.
  11. Prepare monthly/ quarterly reports pertaining to the success and challenges of the INL funded specialists to MCN and INL CB advisor.
  12. Prepare monthly salary report to the INL finance section for salary payments.
  13. Coordinate with INL finance section to resolve any financial issues.
  14. Prepare and organize INL funded Specialists’ files and documents for Audit Review.
  15. Perform all other tasks assigned by line managers in accordance with MCN rules, regulations and goals.

  1. Qualification:Minimum bachelor degree (having higher degree will

be preferred)

  1. Required Experiences:3 years job related.
  2. Other skills:
  3. Competent in computer programs.
  4. Fluency in Dari/Pashto and as well as English Language (Reading, Writing and speaking) is required.
  5. Ability in managing and coordination, communication and relationship, planning and having knowledge of the Afghan Laws.
