Information You Need to Know
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and chairs.
Vending spots are allotted on a first come first served basis. You will be given a choice of available spots when you pay. The only way to hold a spot is to pay your fee. No refunds.
Spots are 8 x 8. If you cannot contain your items to this amount of space you need to purchase a 2nd spot.
No cooking of any kind on the premises. Because of circuit overloads electrical outlets are limited. All items must be prepared at home. There are three spots in the cafeteria with electrical outlets that can be used for a crockpot or a food warmer. These slots are an additional $10.00. Slot numbers 3, 7, and 12. #1 spot in the Foyer has an outlet. Again, these spots are first come, first served. If you trip the circuit breaker we can’t guarantee to fix the problem immediately so choose wisely. Previous experience tells us that coffee pots trip the circuits.
“Walking Vendors” are required to pay the same fee as vendors with allotted spots.
ShoBan School will NOT be responsible for any theft, loss, accidents, or any other mishap associated with this event, to vendors or their property.
We ask that all vendors be respectful of each other and the school property. Please remember that this is a school. No Drugs, alcohol or smoking on school grounds. No firearms are allowed by other than law enforcement.
No fighting. This is a family event.
Please leave your pets at home.
All vendors are responsible to obtain necessary licensure:Food vendors must have an Idaho State Food Handlers License. Vendors must have a Shoshone-Bannock Business license to vend on the reservation. If you need licensing information call (208) 478-3718.
Any vendor that does not comply with these rules will be asked to leave and will forfeit their booth fee.

Fee includes both days. Vendors are responsible to provide their own tables. Set up time 4:30 pm April 14, 2017. Vendor area must be cleared by 10:30 pm April 15.
