Information sheet :--(Please read it very carefully)
- EVENT REGISTRATION :--
- Please fill up the online registration form to participate in SKY SAFARI. Please log into and register yourself through the online registration form available onscreen.
- Participation will be valid only after successful registration
- Registration charges for each participant will be Rs. 999.00
- Age Group for participation :-- Grade IV to Grade IX
- Last date of Registration :- 10th Dec, 2017
- RULES AND REGULATIONS :--
- All participants must reach Lakshya International school campus by 4: 00 PM on 16th Dec, 2017
- The camp will end at 4:00 PM on 17th December, 2017.
- Students should be at the best of their behavior in Lakshya campus
- The whole campus is under 24Hours surveillance and so all participants are requested not to venture to any area which is prohibited. Strict actions will be taken for any breach of the mentioned point.
- Please follow all the instructions given by the Camp Incharge and other volunteers.
- No eatables to be brought to the campus except Dry fruits/ Cadbury(If you wish to carry).
- MONEY and Valuables such as expensive watches / Jewellery SHOULD NOT be carried by the campers. School officials will not be responsible for any such loss and damage incurred by the participant.
- All participants should reach the campus on time otherwise organizers are not responsible if the participant (camper)miss out any part of the event.
- All students must stay from the beginning till the end in order to get the participation certificate.
- Campers are expected to be well behaved and well groomed both on and off campus.
- Campers are expected to be punctual, follow the Camp’s schedule and practice good time management.
- All camp members are expected to respect the rights and property of others.
- Mobile phones, MP3 Players , cameras and other small electronic devices are prohibited in the Camp. If such items are found, it will be confiscated and only be returned to the parents.
- Bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes any intentional written, verbal, or physical act intended to harm another camper.
- Failure to observe the above mentioned requests could result in early dismissal from the camp with no refund of fees.

- Please provide all the information in the Registration form without fail.
- Registration form can also be downloaded, filled up, scanned and submitted back at
- Payment to be made online or deposited at Lakshya Campus / Aditya Srinagar campus
- All registrations must be received by 10thDecember 2017.
- Registrations as per first come first serve basis and total participation is limited to 120 students.
- General medicines will be available in the school but participants can carry their medicines (if any)which should be informed to camp Incharge while consuming it.
- Transport :-- All the participants should be picked up and dropped at the venue i.e. Lakshya International school by the parents.
- Accommodation and Food details :--
- Girls and Boys will be accommodated in separate floors.
- Safety of the participants (boys and Girls) will be of utmost importance. School authorities will be present in the campus 24 hours during the event.
- Female and Male Staff will also stay in the campus alongwith the participants providing 24 hour supervision to each and every child.
- One mattress,one bed sheet and a pillow will be provided to each camper. You are requested to send one thick bedsheet with the participant.
- Evening snacks, Dinner, Morning Break fast and Lunch will be provided in the campus during the course of the event.

- Night dress(clothes for one night )
- A cap
