The Transplantation Society of Australia and New Zealand (TSANZ) invite you to make a submission on the National Protocol for Organ TransplantationEligibility and Allocation Criteria. Please note this is a draft protocol document for public consultation, the information outlined may change after the consultation process.

To make a submission, please download and complete the submission form and template; submissions should be made on the appropriate form. Electronic submission of comments is strongly encouraged. If this is not possible, please forward your submission in writing to the address below:

NOTE

All submissions to the TSANZ will be acknowledged. Submissions will be treated as public documents and may be quoted in full or in part in the final protocol document.

All submissions will be considered by the TSANZ project office and the protocol working party at the end of the public consultation period. Submissions will be formally responded to and a summary table of the submissions received will be publically available.

TSANZ is unable to accept sensitive information, including personal medical information about yourself or an identifiable third party. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information or any other material you would not wish to be disclosed to the public.

TSANZ reserves the right to edit and summarise the comments received during the consultation period, and not publish comments where in the reasonable opinion of the protocol working party the comments are inappropriate, potentially harmful or publication would be unlawful.

The anticipated publication date of the final protocol is October 2009.
