  2. This is first step to get things moving. We can work on your list while cards are in process of being printing. Once your custom card is approved by you it takes 2-3 weeks for cards to hit your market for first mailing.
  3. Refer to sample of postcard front and back to see how this information will be put in your copy.To make things easy, we prefer to reuse the same setup for each mailing but you have the option of changing details each time you mail.

□ Your name:
Can be you or also possible to have two names of a team. Card reads one-on one so best to use name of person handling sellers. If card reads from two people, then signature will need to be from both.

□ The phone where sellers call you (including area code):

Normally your business phone. It may be your cell phone if that is how you answer your calls. Best to talk to these sellers when they call. If you don’t answer it can just go to voice mail, unless you’re setup to forward to another number when you’re not available (like an answering service).

□ Your Company Name:

If no business name, we’ll set it up without one, just using your name.

□ Your Company Address:

This is for the return address area on your card. Cards are not forwarded or returned when mailed Standard Mail. It’s more for credibility. Saturation mailings get 100% deliverability to each house. If you work from home you may want to consider using a “Mail Boxes Etc” type mailing address.

□ 24 hour recorded message line, if you have one (including area code & Ext):

This is optional. Purpose of card is to get them to call you direct. No need for “2-step” approach since they have your entire marketing message in their hands. It can be added to future mailings.

□ Your website:

This is optional. Purpose of card is to get them to call you direct. Website useful if you have a good site with credibility stuff and/or ability to take property info online. It can be added to future mailings.

□ Your signature in the box.

It is best if you can scan your signature and e-mail to us in an e-mail attachment. If not, sign BIG with an Ultra Fine Point Sharpee (a Fine Point Sharpee will also work) without touching the borders of the box and fax it to us and we’ll reduce it down and work with it.

The area or areas where you buy houses:

e.g. We buy a number of houses each month (across all parts of/throughout) the Pikes Peak Region. Or: We buy a number of houses each month across all parts of the Denver Metro Area.The more specialized or specific the better. Can change for each mail drop.

Which zip codes do you want to mail to (if you know):______

List 2 to 6 zip codes in order of preference and we will help you analysis them. You may also call if you do not know where to start. You’ll get an exclusive right to mail to 2-3 zip codes or up to 40,000 homes. You should find that a good “farm” of 15,000 to 25,000 can work good for this system. You will want to remarket to your farm over and over, instead of spreading out until you’re ready. Depending on your area, that is plenty. We can reserve more than 3 zips in case you need to find better targeted areas. As long as you mail once every 6 months, you own the reserved areas. If someone else requests the zips you reserved and are not mailing to, I will call to see if whether you want to mail or release to those areas.

If you have a good website which can capture their property info, your message will direct them there also. If you would like to offer additional ways for them to reach you, you can add you email and fax. (It has not been tested to determine if adding more contact options is better or not.)

Method of PAYMENT for print and mail service:

Cost is 37 cents per card to occupant list we order, or about 41 cents if you provide a more targeted list for us to use. You may use a Visa, Amex, MC or Discover. You can also prepay $1850 (which covers 5000 cards) by sending a check.
