Information about the project/Purpose of the project

Thank you for your participation in this research which is conducted by Dave Foodfrom Coventry University. This research aims to understand the Senior executives perspective of the cost and benefits of setting and keeping a customer delivery promise.

Why have I been chosen?

You have been chosen to participate in thesurvey because your view on this matter is important and valuable, so your opinions will inform its development.

Do I have to take part?

No. Participation is voluntary. If you change your mind regarding participation in the research, you can withdraw at any point and up to month following the closing date of the online survey. You can withdraw by contacting the researcher by email. If you decide to withdraw, your data will not be used in the study and will be destroyed.

What do I have to do?

You will be asked to answer various questions which should take around 15-20 minutes.

What are the risks associated with this project?

There are minimal risks associated with this project. If you wish to discuss any aspects prior to participating, please contact my supervisor on Paul Rouse

What are the benefits of taking part?

You will be making a valuable contribution to understanding more on the subject of Making Delivery commitments and contributing to my understanding of this subject. Your participation is appreciated.

Withdrawal options

You are free to change your mind and withdraw from the survey at any time up to a month after the survey closes. If you wish to withdraw from the survey, please contact the email address below. All data supplied by you will be destroyed and will not be used in the study.

Data protection & confidentiality

Only the researchers will have access to the raw data. Please be assured that data collected from the survey will be confidential and used for academic purposes only. Data will also be coded appropriately and reporting of results will be anonymous.

What will happen with the results of the study?

The results of the study will be used to inform my masters dissertation currently being undertaken at Coventry University. All data will be anonymised and at no time will your details be made known.

Who has reviewed this study?

The University Ethics Committee has reviewed and approved this study.
