1. Scope of Supply:

  1. One New General Electric Model LM2500 PE Gas Turbine Engine, (Serial No #. to be supplied with deposit in escrow prior to inspection. Deposit is refundable with exception of fees for inspection and travel). The Gas Turbine, Generator, Demineralized Water System is a new system with the following optional equipment included in this sale which represents significant value:

• Optional Duel Fuel / Water Injection Configuration. The liquid fuel, water injection, and gas fuel manifolds and nozzles are installed on the engine. These are performance options not normally offered but are included in the scope of supply.

• On-engine hydraulic pump for control oil for fuel / water injection control valves included.

• On-engine lubes supply / scavenge pump for lubrication of GG and PT bearings.

• Inlet Bellmouth and center body. (shipped off engine for field installation)

• Igniter (1) and exciter (1)

• LM2500 GG accelerometer (1) and PT accelerometer (1)

• Dual element lube oil RTD (6).

• Lube oil system magnetic chip detectors.

• HP Recoup system spacer orifice plates

• Speed sensors (LM2500 GG rotor speed and PT rotor speed).

• Drawings and manuals.

B. The LM 2500 unit includes the following equipment

• Dual fuel with water injection.

• Redundant GG accelerometer (1) and PT accelerometer (I).

• Flame sensors (2) and mounting brackets.

• Redundant igniter (I) and exciter (1).

• Compressor discharge pressure (Ps3) tube reducer.

• Compressor discharge temperature sensor (T3).

• Power turbine inlet temperature (T 5.4) extension leads.

• Compressor variable stator vanes (VSV) position indicator with signal conditioner. • Inlet pressure (P2) and inlet temperature (T2) dual probe.

• Inlet air Bellmouth seal.

• Inlet air foreign object damage (FOD) screen. (shipped loose for field installation)

• Compressor discharge pressure (CDP) bleed air manifold

As part of the LM 2500 purchase, GE will provide operator familiarization training classes at the GE Evendale plant (Purchaser responsible for travel and living expenses for Purchaser supplied personnel). Three (3) sets of LM 2500 Operation and Maintenance Manuals will also be provided.

C. GT Inlet Air System Refurbished and New Equipment Package

• New inlet air pre-filtration system (instead of original package Dynavane system) designed for on site ambient conditions.

• New MEE inlet fogging system to reduce the inlet air temperature and boost power output. The refurbished inlet air ductwork downstream of the logging system was epoxy coated to prevent erosion of the ductwork and is in excellent condition from an existing installation.

• The fog nozzles and manifolds are stored. Installation depends on final site location.

• This offer includes the inlet air filter house which will be refurbished with new HP-100 final filters. The inlet air system silencer and inlet air elbow will be refurbished. The inlet filter house structural supports and platforms will be supplied as refurbished.

• The enclosure vent fan module is refurbished with refurbished vent fans and new motors installed. The enclosure cooling air exhaust vent is refurbished in excellent condition if required by buyer

D. LM 2500 Gas Turbine Base & Enclosure

• The gas turbine enclosure and LM2500 mounting system is refurbished. New access doors and acoustic / thermal panels are provided as required.

• New engine / package interface hydraulic hoses and electrical cables are provided.

• The flexible coupling is used and were cleaned, non-destructively tested and balanced. Provided all new flexible coupling connection hardware

• New CO2 fire protection system for the gas turbine enclosure.

• Engine removal tooling and lifting fixtures.

E. LM 2500 Fuel Supply System

• Duel Fuel / Water Injection Configuration. The LM 2500 is configured for liquid fuel, gas fuel, and water injection. Gas control valves and accessories are not included the sale.

  1. Water infection System

• Water injection skid for NOX control for dual fuel operation. New, GE variable frequency drive. Selected major gas turbine components required for water injection.

  1. GT Exhaust System

• New GE exhaust flow enhancer, which reduces back pressure on the gas turbine and therefore boosts power output as much as 3% to 5 %.

• Used exhaust system which should be suitable for a potential future installation of a SCR in the horizontal section of the exhaust ductwork.

• New expansion joint, gaskets, and hardware between the GT enclosure and exhaust silencer.

• No continuous emissions monitoring system in installed. A source test was planned during plant commissioning to verify emissions.

  1. Cooling Water System Options Included in Sale

• The cooling water skid was refurbished and pressure tested. It is possible that the fluid will include a percentage of glycol to insure the water will not freeze during the winter months.

• The cooling water pumps were overhauled and new motors and couplings were provided.

• The cooling water system fans were refurbished and new motors were installed.

• New temperature sensors, pressure transducers, and pressure gauges were installed on the coolant water skid.

  1. Generator System

• The electric generator I 8Mn to 5Cr non-magnetic retaining rings are included in accordance with a GE Technical Information Letter (TI L).

• The electric generator rotor was cleaned and dimensionally inspected. A series of electrical tests were performed on the rotor and stator to insure correct storage and conditioned for start-up.

• The generator cooling air inlet filter unit is new. New inlet air filters were provided. The exhaust duct was refurbished.

• The electric generator enclosure was refurbished and the doors and panels were replaced with new.

• The generator bearings were dimensionally inspected and overhauled by the GE during inspection.

• The brush rigging was cleaned and all brushes replaced.

• All oil seals / deflectors were replaced with new.

  1. Lube Oil System

• The two (2) AC oil pumps and one (1) DC oil pump are used and were cleaned, inspected. The DC motor and the 2 AC motors ere also inspected

• The lube oil supply filter elements were replaced with new.

• The EG lube oil heat exchanger is used and was cleaned, pressure tested, and certified by GE.

• New lube oil pressure transducers, switches, and gauges were provided for the system.

  1. LM 2500 Gas Turbine Lube Oil System

• The lube oil system supply, scavenge, and hydraulic oil supply filter(s) elements are new.

• The LM 2500 lube oil heat exchanger has been pressure tested.

• New lube oil pressure transducers system included to meet start up requirement.

  1. Hydraulic Start System

• New GE hydraulic start skid with on-engine hydraulic starter.

M. Water Wash System

• New LM 2500 water wash system for the project is an additional cost if required and will be priced prior to sale.

  1. Control Enclosure / Control System / Electrical Distribution System

• New gas turbine instrumentation junction box and transmitter rack.

• New electrical and control drawings.

2. Power Control Specifications

A. One (1) new Powell PCR®, Power Control Enclosure suitable for installation in an unclassified area with approximate exterior dimensions:

12 Feet wide with 3" wall thickness

40 Feet long with 3" wall thickness

11 Feet high less base and roof' cap (interior height)

Estimated shipping dimensions and weight:

13 Feet wide including 4.5" overhang on each end

  1. Structural Base Recommendations:

Welded perimeter beam construction, skid type, with structural steel angle iron supports and removable lifting lugs

Steel floor, 1/4" thick with non-skid paint suitable for 250 lbs. per square Foot floor loading

C. Metal Preparation and Paint Finish GE Specification:

Base is be steel grit blasted, followed by a base primer coat (2.0 mils minimum then painted with a black urethane enamel paint finish (2.0 mils minimum) for a total base finish of 4.0 mils minimum.

Interlocking panel and inner liner paint finish will be white, Exterior and Interior, polyester powder-coat paint finish and application procedure. All interlocking panels and interior wall liners are pre-painted prior to assembly. An all weather sealant is applied to all seams.

D. Exterior Wall, Interior Wall, Ceiling, and Roof Panels:

Exterior walls and roof to be constructed of' 16" wide interlocking Powell, Loc, panel construction, suitable for 125 mph wind loading and 40 lbs per square feet roof load, panels of' 18 gauge galvanized steel

Interior wall liner panels and ceiling panels to be 14 gauge galvanized steel Roof will have a slope of three inches over the entire width

E. Insulation for Base, Walls and Roof:
