Inda Sprunger Dies Suddenly at Swiss Village

Service Held This P.M. for Well-Known Woman

Miss Inda Sprunger, 83, who had been enjoying good health and still quite active, died unexpectedly at Swiss Village, Inc., at 2:00 o’clock Saturday morning.

Long active in church and business circles, she took up residence at Swiss Village in June of 1968. She lent her aid in local and county Sunday School Association work and the Youth for Christ. For many years until her retirement, she was secretary and bookkeeper for the Berne Hardware Company.

Miss Sprunger was a lifetime resident of Berne and was the daughter of J. F. and Katherine Nussbaum Sprunger. She was born May 4, 1888 in Berne.

Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Noah N. (Alda) Soldner, Goshen; Mrs. Waldo (Lorena) Lehman, Berne and Mrs. Maurice (Arvilla) Troyer, Syracuse, New York.
