In the write in ballot Fanon Rucker (D) competed with then Ohio Secretary of the Treasury and former County Prosecutor Joe Deters (R) for the office of Hamilton County Prosecutor vacated by Prosecutor v. Mike Allen HA-8-25-04. Write in candidates for Hamilton County Prosecutor occurred in propio motu and the next el satan (Hebrew for prosecutor) is Joe Deters 126,000 to 95,000 votes - 57% to 43% although he is not expected to commence prosecuting until January 2005.

Hospitals Asylums hopes to establish law and order regarding the detention of misdemeanor offenders within the time limit under 24USC(9)§326 and to the next of kin under §323. By heightening scrutiny upon the prison bed surplus in Hamilton County we hope to emulate the precedence of a psychiatric prison population reduction from 7,000 to 600 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital 24USC(9)III§225 in Hamilton County.

Teresa L. Cunningham v. Hamilton County, Ohio 6th Cir. No. 98-727 (1999) reveals that the law surrounding the Hamilton County Courthouse is incredibly disreputable. Further investigation reveals that the Hamilton County Court is the most homicidal perpetrator of the death penalty in contravention to Avena v. USA No. 128 (2004) and LaGrand v. USA No. 104 (2001) in the state of Ohio with over 50 of the 200 beds, 25% of death row with only 6% of the population. Pursuant to sanity Hamilton County needs to abolish the death penalty under Art. 6 of the International Covenant on Human Rights 2200A (XXI) 1966 and Art. 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 217 A (III) (1948).

Evidence that can be read at the Ohio Department of Corrections Inmate Locator consistently indicates that the police and county courts are more likely murder suspects than the people who serve time and are often executed without a plea. In the final days before the elections three homicides can be attributed to the County Clerk’s election campaign advertisements reliant upon the signing of death warrants. The police confessed to the final homicide that occurred in an unlawful search of a person named Campbell’s home. Jerome Campbell’s (Hamilton) A 211228 last minute death row pardon in June of 2003 had aggravated the fear of the 2.7% of the population of the county that fled in 2003 and was used to justify the suppression of the advertisement shortly before the police committed the final murder of November 2004. The convincing evidence in the Jerome Campbell case indicates the homicide and robbery was perpetrated by a person with a different shoe print. Mr. Campbell needs to be released to his family who went to every hearing made available to them and the reunion should be televised for all the people who prayed.

Vincent Doan A 351671 is accused of kidnapping and aggravate murder of his girlfriend in Clinton County, Ohio although no body was ever found nor any other evidence produced than his tears. The Clinton County prosecutor was caught unlawfully searching and seizing the author’s files that he destroyed and needed to return. Subsequently a Clinton County police officer was accused of rape and continues to be a fugitive. Evidence indicates that the police or prosecutor’s investigators were searching and seizing in Vincent Doan’s home when his girlfriend walked in and they decided to rape her and had to kill her so she wouldn’t speak and thought to kill two birds with one stone by sentencing Vincent Doan to a possible death sentence for an aggravated murder and kidnapping committed by the accusers.

The conviction and impeachment of the former Prosecutor Mike Allen of sexual battery was a sexual offense spree by the courthouse for several years before replacing the man. In 2004 a University of Cincinnati music professor Michael Luebbe PhD (Hamilton) A 459444 was convicted of pandering child pornography although evidence indicates that he merely requested a UC computer consultant to remove the files from his computer and sentenced to 5 years of false imprisonment by Judge Ethna Cooper. Alonzo Johnson v. One Love (Hamilton) A 455932 and his namesake Alonzo Johnson (Cuyahoga) A 366671 who has served 8 years for a 6 year sentence than Mike Allen HA-8-25-04 both need to be immediately released.

It is sad that Rucker was not elected as he would have no problem satisfying the insatiable demand for civil and human rights of the Hamilton County prosecutrix. However he was having marital problems and I can only recommend that he try again next year. As a rule, I can’t recommend a divorce and in this county definitely buy a marriage certificate and an AIDS test before engaging in sexual relations with any prosecutrix in the courthouse. It would be nice to hear the Ruckers had made up, and would love to read the domestic relations evidence granting him the Prosecutor’s own personal fuck chambers after the election..His mother, divorced herself, emotes regarding the run for el satan. Fanon Rucker’s mama, Jacqueline Rucker, living in Pensylvania, warned him against dealing with the devil to get elected. Fanon and his wife of six years, Chanell Fleming, are divorcing, amicably, he says, she is even serving on his campaign staff. Fanon’s father, African American Indiana Supreme Court Justice Robert Rucker, told him to, “run for office only if he meant to win”. At 32, Fanon Rucker (D), an African American, has an impressive legal resume in the legal profession and community service. Fanon Rucker attended Hampton University in Virginia, a historically African-American school, when he saw an article claiming that Cincinnati was the country’s, “most livable city”. As he himself came from the least livable city, Gary, Indiana he decided to move to Cincinnati. Rucker worked part time in the city law department while attending law school and accepted full-time work position as assistant prosecutor when he graduated in 1996. He is a trustee for the Allen Temple AME Church, a board member for Boys Hope Girls Hope, the Catholic Inner-City Schools Education Fund and the Children’s Law Center and was a member of the Police and Justice Committee for Cincinnati Community Action Now (CAN). Professionally he grades bar exams and is a trustee of the Cincinnati Bar Association of the Cincinnati, he is also village prosecutor for the mayors’ courts in Woodlawn and Lincoln Heights and a member of a host of other legal associations. At first Rucker thought he would put the bad guys away after his fourth year as a prosecutor many of the older officers were retiring so we had a lot of young officers who had only been on the force with one or two years training new officers and that was resulting in a lot of false charges and there were also more complaints of police planting evidence on people. This led him to believe he could do more good on the other side, handling civil rights and employment discrimination.

Joe Deters (R) is the former Hamilton County Prosecutor before 1999 and is currently serving as State Treasurer. In 2002 the federal Security and Exchange Commission fined a subsidiary of Fifth Third $1 million for paying to play with the state treasury. It should also be noted that since Deters took office in 1999 the state of Ohio has undergone sanctions and is suffering the greatest economic depression in memory. The concern regarding Joe Deters is that he has been misapplying reasonable sanctions against the judiciary to the matching social security funds that are the back bone of first world administration resulting in both budgetary collapse and terrorist finance involving the prosecutor’s office. The following obligations are introduced to Hamilton County.

1.  the forfeiture of Queensgate and River City Correctional Facilities this year;

2.  the abolishment of Death Row RC§2903.02;
