MOTION TO COMPEL HANDWRITING SAMPLE
Comes now Plaintiff State of Missouri by and through «Evt_ACTFirstName»«Evt_ACTMiddleName»«Evt_ACTLastName», Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Buchanan County, Missouri, and moves this Court for an order, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 25.06(B), directing counsel for the defendant to produce defendant for a handwriting sample. In support of said motion the movant informs this Honorable Court as follows:
- Defendant herein is charged with Forgery.
- The document in question is a Quitclaim Deed for property.
- Defendant’s handwriting sample is needed to compare to the writing on the Quitclaim Deed.
WHEREFORE, the State of Missouri prays that this Court will grant its Motion to Compel Handwriting Sample and order that the defendant submit to the taking of a handwriting sample sufficient for testing purposes by qualified personnel.
