(1) Exchange of views and vote on a Commission Implementing Regulation derogating from Regulations (EC) Nos2305/2003, 969/2006, 1067/2008, 1964/2006, Implementing Regulation (EU) No480/2012, Regulations (EC) Nos828/2009 and 1918/2006 as regards the dates for lodging import licence applications and issuing import licences in 2013 under tariff quotas for cereals, rice, sugar and olive oil, derogating from Regulations (EC) Nos951/2006, 1518/2003, 382/2008, Regulations (EU) Nos1178/2010 and 90/2011 as regards the dates for issuing export licences in 2013 in the out-of-quota sugar and isoglucose sectors and the pigmeat, beef and veal, eggs and poultrymeat sectors and derogating from Regulation (EU) No1272/2009 as regards the period for examination of offers for the buying-in of common wheat at a fixed price under public intervention;
(2) Exchange of views and vote on a Draft Commission Implementing Regulation amending Regulations (EC) No 2535/2001, (EC) No 917/2004, (EC) No 382/2008, (EC) No 748/2008, (EC) No 810/2008 and (EC) No 610/2009 as regards the notification obligations within the common organisation of agricultural markets (ISAMM);
(3) Information on latest developments concerning ISAMM;
(4) Summary of Member States annual reports on physical checks;
(5) Exchange of views among Member States on the application of article 17 of Regulation (EC) No 612/2009;
