Point-of-care videos to encourage patient-provider communication about breast, colorectal, cervical screening

  • Multilingual, culturally-tailored point-of-care videos for the African-American, White, Hispanic, and Vietnamese patient populations.
  • Videos are designed to encourage patient-provider communication and increase utilization of specific cancer screening tests (mammography, fecal immunochemical test, Pap test).
  • The electronic medical record is used to identify patients due for screening; patients are then targeted for video-delivered education at the point of care.
