2011 NOWT Contest Rules

IMPORTANT! YOU MUST READ THE FOLLOWING AND AGREE:

No purchase necessary to enter or to claim the prize. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about September 30, 2011, from among all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.

Eligibility:
This drawing is open only to those individuals who participate in one or more of the NOWT (Northern Ontario Walleye Trail) events. Executive members of the NOWTare not eligible for the drawings. This drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Rules:
The prize will be delivered to the listed address. If the prize is unclaimed or returned, there will be a random drawing to award such prize to an alternate winner. The prize is non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, its partners, affiliates, sales representatives and their respective officers, employees, agents, and authorized dealers, including without limitation its advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injuries of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the survey, promotion or from their acceptance, use, misuse of the prize. Winner further acknowledges that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any representation or guarantee expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize. . By accepting the prize, winner agrees to the use of their names for promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winners will be drawn in order of prizes listed $2000 gift certificate for Ramakkos Tackle, Rapala package, $500 gift certificate for Ryjus, $500 gift certificate for Cabalas Canada, $500 gift certificate for Bass Pro, $500 gift certificate for Mid City Motor Sports, $500 gift certificate for Magna Charge Trojan Batteries.

Winner:
Winners will be notified via email and must respond within one week. If no response is received within one week the prize will be forfeited and redrawn from the existing entries. All winners will be listed on the website.
