IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING
TEAM PHOTOS ORDERS
2014 55 & Over Section Championships

IMPORTANT: The City and County of Honolulu rules state that monetary transactions cannot be conducted or allowed at CORP. Although the taking of photos will continue and will still be allowed during the sectional tournament, the transfer of funds must be done elsewhere offsite or by mail.
As a result, it’s recommended that captains and/or players ordering photos do the following:
· Please complete the attached order form by consolidating the player orders on a single form if at all possible. It is important to complete the contact info and mailing address.
· Mail the order form along with a check for the appropriate amount to Karl at the address provided below.
· If you email Karl to notify him of your mailed order, he will acknowledge receipt of your order by replying to your email. Please follow up with him if his acknowledgment is not received within a couple of days.
· If other arrangements would be preferred, please contact Karl.
AVAILABILITY: Karl will be available on Saturday and Sunday during the championship weekend however it’s recommended that you contact him in advance to schedule a photo session.
· All teams may schedule a photo session and order personalized team photos containing digital imprinted info specific to the event, team name, official logos and team result. Orders of $8.00 or more will include one complimentary 8 x 10 photo (one per team).
· Karl will provide the USTA Hawaii Pacific Section with a digital copy of all champion teams for its publication. If he does not take a photo of your team and your team is the champions for your level, you are asked to provide a digital image of your team to Lindsey Keeler, the section’s Adult League Director by emailing her at .
· Following the event, team photos and individual action photos can be viewed and also ordered by going online to www.proimageshawaii.photoreflect.com
