IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING "e-Prior Pre-Award Feasibility Study"
The "e-Prior Pre-Award Feasibility Study" gives a picture of the objectives, planned features and of the planning at the end of the Inception of the "e-Prior Pre-Award" action (June 2012).
During the actual development the scope was reviewed taking into account the actual availability of resources.
For this reason we advise the reader to consider some sections of the "e-Prior Pre-Award Feasibility Study" as "obsolete" and replaced by other documents/information as documented in the following table:

The following Profiles could not be implemented:

For DPS and e-Auction a set of building blocks (not the full support of the business flow) has been developed (see Release Notes).
VCD integration not implemented.
Cross-sector re-use not tackled however many of the elements that have been developed to allow the Economic Operators to submit their tenders in a secure way (end-to-end encryption) and the Contracting Authority to manage their reception should be considered as candidate to be adapted in order to be re-used in sectors different from eProcurement where a trusted document transfer is needed.
Integration with TCM system (external dependency) could not be implemented.
e-Catalogue supported as an annex (not necessarily in a structured format).
