Important note: We need your information with associated audio, and pre-payment by 31st March 2015.

This form allows you to enter up to 5 productions. If you wish to enter more than 5 entries, please copy and paste the relevant section of the form.

Once you have filled in this form, please email it with your audio in mp3 format to: . We will confirm via email and email you a payment link.

Entry cost is £40+vat for a single production (one category) or a special cost of £90+vat for up to 5 productions.

"Best Male Voiceover Performance" and "Best Female Voiceover Performance" categories are FREE to enter. All commercials (from other categories) are automatically entered into these categories.

By entering you confirm you have obtained permission from all participants involved in your entries. Also you give us permission for samples of the audio to be used online.

Radio productions must have been broadcast on a UK commercial radio station. In-store productions must have been played out in a UK store. Telephone on-hold productions should have been used on a UK telephone system which was available for the general public to call. Entries should have been aired/in-use in the UK and sometime between February 2014 and March 2015.
