How to perform a Member Login

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT YOUR LOGIN INFORMATION

This tutorial will deal with two types of “member account login”; NEW MEMBER account and EXISTING MEMBER account. Please find the instructions below that apply to your family / child.

Only families / children that have never registered with LVR Soccer will be required to create a “NEW MEMBER” account.
If your child has registered with LVR Soccer in the past you should not attempt to establish a “NEW MEMBER” account.

For a “NEW MEMBER” account LOGIN

When you begin the registration process you will see a new box for the 2012/2013 season. The box is displayed below in Figure 1.

1) Click on “ Become a Member ”. This option will display a number of fields where you are required to enter your contact information and create a username/password. Figure 2 below shows the required fields to be completed. Please note that the username must be a valid email address. After you have entered the required information you will click on the “Submit” box.

2) The Bonzi system will now attempt to create a member account using the provided contact information. Creation of a new account is not always possible, as the Bonzi system prevents duplicate accounts from being created. It will display the error message “You have previously created a member account.” if it determines you are trying to create a duplicate account. If this happens to you, you will need to contact us via email and provide us with some personal information (e.g., name, phone number, address, name of child/children in LVR) so that we can find you in our system and send you your account login information.

Figure 3 below shows the information displayed when a new account is created.

Please note that in the Bonzi system, parents (or guardians) and children are all “member profiles” grouped together (like a family) and each one has their own set of contact information. The Bonzi system also allows for entering contact information for both the father and mother (or the generic Parent/Guardian1 and Parent/Guardian2). However, there is only one member account username and password combination that accesses the set of member profiles.

For an “EXISTING MEMBER” account LOGIN

Click on the “Member Log In” button on the club’s home page.

If you are using the Bonzi software for the first time this year you will need to follow the instructions provided by Bonzi that will change your username. Please follow the directions provided by Bonzi during your login.

We've recently changed our login system. If this is the first time you've seen this message, just use your normal Bonzi username and password and you'll be prompted to update your account.

After completing the one time Username change, click on the Member Account and login using your new username and password as you see it in Figure 1 below.

After successfully logging in a box will appear as seen below in Figure 2.

Once logged in, you are ready to perform a number of actions that are listed in the Account Options column.

If you do not remember your “Password”, click on the option “Forgot your password?” and the text shown in Figure 3 below will appear.

Your password will be emailed automatically to your email account.

If you attempt to create a new member account and you receive an error message of “You have previously created a member account.”, you will need to contact us via email and provide us with some personal information so we can locate your account and update the email address.
