Curious George Sharing
Curious George Sharing is off to a great start. Thank you so much Sailor, Lauren, Hailey and Emma for doing such a good job of taking care of our classroom friend. He certainly appreciates it.They were also so creative with their time with him.

Fundraiser Money Due
I will begin assessing the children on sight words and writing this week in preparation for report cards coming out at the end of October. They are doing great so far… keeping up with the nightly reading and Homework practice will really help them continue to show growth. Thanks for your help with this.
Apples
Each child is
being encouraged
to bring in one
apple of any kind and color. We will be using these apples for special projects throughout the next two weeks. Please have your child bring his/her apple by the end of the week.
Spelling Homework
New to homework this week is spelling. Please make sure your child is doing an activity each night and it is listed on the homework page.

Join The PTA
If you have not done so already, join the PTA. This week kicks off our PTA membership drive. Our PTA does so much for our school. Without their support, we would not have all the fun events, or field trips that we get to enjoy every year. Your annual contribution goes a long way in supporting our children and our classrooms.
