Important Information

We will notify you of any changes. *costs are inclusive for those who pay £4 activity fees for 12weeks consistently. Spot contracts are required to pay their own entrance and activity fee’s in full on the day.

Members attending with their own PA support must pay for the PA entrance & activity fee’s. If these are not paid on the day they will be incorporated into the Activity fee invoice.

£2 lunch at base will be a choice of light lunch identified on menu board, fruit or Yogurt for pudding, or packed lunch can be brought in.

Meals out as part of an activity will usually be in the form of a light lunch/ smaller portion meal. Puddings will not usually be included unless specified. Drinks will usually be a small soft drink. Members who wish to have a larger meal, pudding, additional portions and drinks will need to bring their own money as these will not be provided.

Larger meals will be indicated in the programme.

Note: not all bookings have been confirmed at the point of sending the programme out.

The programme of activities will cover Independent Living Skills (domestic and household management, numeracy, literacy and IT skills, looking after yourself), Healthy living Activities (including active & sporting activities, making healthy choices, healthy food, positive mental health and well being, creative expression) and Community Based Activities (including being part of our community, finding out about our local area) , Group activities (including developing and maintaining positive friendships and relationships, individual and group values )

Please bring your bus pass every day.

Please wear clothes appropriate to the weather, and come prepared for the weather.

All external activities will take place in all weathers.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are at 38, Walnut Close, Chelmsley Wood, B37 7PU.

Tuesdays and Thursdays are at The Fire Station Annexe in Solihull 620 Streetsbrook road Solihull B91 1QY.

Daylight times at both venues are 9.30am – 4.30pm.

Please arrive at 9.30am promptly so that activities can start on time.
