What is the origin of that belief in your life? What experiences can you reflect on that has shaped that belief.

Cast your mind back earlier – to high school. Where else did that show up before? It could be a specific event or just a feeling.
Go back even further. Go back to your first school years. Where else did that show up before?
Can you go back any further?

What feeling does that bring up in you? Anger? Sadness? Fear? Why?What is the reflection for you?

How Else Does This Show Up In Your Life

Generally a belief that we carry with us will influence many areas of our lives.

How else has this belief and behavior shown up in your business, relationships, health, balance etc.

Are You Open To A Different Perception?

Is this a Hell Yes? I’m not asking you to believe something else right now. I am asking if you are open to that different perception?

The insights into what is going on inside of you is so priceless in being able to switch your beliefs as you move forward.

This exercise you can follow through for any number of beliefs. They may come from similar origins or from a completely different belief set in you.

This will also bring up a lot of emotion and reflection for you.

I encourage you to capture these reflections in a journal. Get out of your head. Don’t let it swirl in the vortex. Write it down. How does it make it feel. What patterns do you see. What do you want to change. And one last question to leave you with.How Do You Want To Feel Instead?
