IV.AWARD CRITERIATo be eligible for an award, the nominee(s) must be a full time employee(s) of a public or private company who are primarily responsible for the sourcing/supply management performance of the company and an active member of the team. The nominated individual / company (or organization) must be atleast 2 years old for startup businesses.

V.ENTRY FORMATThe nominees must present their entries/responses in Power Point presentation not exceeding 20 slides. Please refer to Annex A for the guidelines on the content of the presentation. ALL entries must be emailed to:

VII.OTHER TERMS &

CONDITIONS

  • The awards will be decided by a competent, independent jury and the decision by the awards committee will be final and binding.
  • By submitting nomination form, the nominee (individual or Organisation) agree that their presentation, if short listed or awarded will be shared by SIMM-Ariba with the larger audience as deemed fit. The nominee also agrees that he/she will make himself/herself available for interviews, presentations, photo shoots and other PR activities to publicise his/her case study for knowledge sharing.
  • The awardees will get free delegate passes to the “PROCUREMENT STRATEGIES IN THE GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT”symposiumfollowed by the awards ceremony in the evening.
  • Travel/ Hotel & Accommodations: All traveling, boarding and lodging expenses will be borne entirely by the participants.
