Hi sorry to hear you need to return a item. To do so you will need a RA No (Returns Authorisation Number).

To obtain a RA number please e-mail clearly stating your order number, surname and then a brief description of the problem or issue. We will normally try to resolve the problem without you having to return goods but if you do have to return something we will issue you a RA number via e-mail.

Please allow at least 12 days for your refund to appear :- It can take 2-4 working days for your parcel to reach us, 2-3 working days for it to processed and 3-5 working daysfor the credit to appear on your credit card/bank statement.

We willonly accept items for a refund that arrive back within 28 days of the date of purchase (Not the date of delivery to you).

Unless a item is faulty it needs to be returned unused and in there original packaging.

Refunds will be done in the same way as you paid i.e. if you paid by PayPal it will go back into your PayPal account, if you paid by card it will be refunded back onto the same card you used to pay.

Please also note for health and safety reasons we will not offer refunds on headphones or bluetooth headsets once the seal has been broken. We will only exchange faulty items on a like for like basis. Please make sure you wish to keep the product before you open the seal.
