I hereby transfer exclusively to Vicente A. Gonzalez Editor of the Proceedings of the 26th Annual Conference of the International Group for Lean Construction and of the Presentation A3s of the 26th Annual Conference of the International Group for Lean Construction, herein referred to jointly as the IGLC26 Proceedings, all rights granted to me by the copyright laws of the United States and other countries, subject to the specifications and reservations below.

  1. The transfer of copyright is effective upon acceptance for publication of the work (paper and A3) in the IGLC26 Proceedings. These proceedings will be available in hard copy format as well as in digital format, posted online without access restrictions.
  2. The authors reserve all propriety rights (such as patent rights) in this work other than the copyright transferred to the IGLC26 Proceedings Editor by this document.
  3. After this work has been published by the IGLC26 Proceedings Editor, the authors have the right to republish it, in whole or part, in any publication of which they are an author or editor, and to make other personal use of the work. Any republication or personal use of the work must explicitly identify prior publication, including the names of the IGLC26 Proceedings Editors, and the page numbers in either the Proceedings of the 26th Annual Conference of the International Group for Lean Construction or in the Presentation A3s of the 26th Annual Conference of the International Group for Lean Construction.
  4. If this work is in the public domain, such as government work, the authors simply authorize its publication.
