River closed from10:00 to 13:30. The race will start at 11:00. The race runs with the tide from Mortlake to Putney over the Championship Course.

Marshalling
- 5 divisions of approx 50 boats.
- Crew 1 will marshal next to Putney Town RC on the Surrey bank, bows pointing upstream. The rest of the division will then marshal upriver of crew1 in number order so that crew 50 is nearest to Kew Rail Bridge.
- Crew 51 to 100 in a mirror image on the Middlesex bank.
- Crew101 to 150 will marshal below Chiswick Bridge on the Surrey bank, bows pointing upstream. Crew number 150 will marshal immediately opposite the Boat Race finish marker, facing upstream. The rest of the division will then be marshalled in reverse order downriver so that crew 101 is closest to Barnes Bridge.
- Crew 151 to 200 in a mirror image on the Middlesex bank.
- Crew 201 to 250 will marshal below Barnes Bridge on the Surrey bank, bows pointing upstream. Crew 250 will marshal opposite Emanuel School Boat Club. The rest of the division will marshal in reverse order downriver so that 201 is closest to the Chiswick Steps crossing point.
- Warming up is not allowed between Kew Rail Bridge and Barnes Bridge.
- After the finish crews MUST proceed through BOTH Putney Bridge and Fulham Rail Bridge before turning onto the Surrey bank and then proceed back upriver in single file. Those returning to boathouses upriver of Putney should NOT stop until they are upriver of the Black Buoy.
Crews being overtaken MUST give way and overtaking crews must do so safely.
