~WORD DOCUMENT QUESTIONNAIR~

If you are still interested, I have a few questions.

• We do not ship puppies, so how would you be able to pick your puppy up?

• Can you tell me how much time you would be able to spend with the puppy?

• How many hours per day will the puppy be left home alone?

• If left home alone more than 4 hours, how will the puppy be handled and/or cared for?

• Do you have or had any other pets?

• Did you keep your pet its entire lifetime, why or why not?

• Age can be a factor along with being relocated.

If you were not able to care for the puppy/dog would you be willing to contact me for re-homing?

• Who in the family would have the primary responsibility for the puppy?

If a child, what would happen if they did not want the responsibility?

• Do you have a fenced yard?

• Do you have a Pool and if so is it fenced?

• If you rent is it okay with your landlord to have a puppy?

• Are you willing to complete the AKC registration on your puppy within two weeks of receiving your puppy?

Ear cropping is a choice. We have only 4 or so liters of puppies a year, I also co-own 2 females that don't live with me and they would also be included in my info. All our parents have been checked for health (eyes & hearts) prior to having puppies. Our Miniature Schnauzers are part of our family and are well cared for in our home. All of our Miniature Schnauzers are supreme quality in conformation, health and beauty. Please feel free to call or email me with any questions.

I look forward to hearing from you!

I have litters planned for the Spring/Summer of 2018, Cinda and Chaser are expecting puppies on 1/24/18 and they will be 8 weeks on 3/24/17 these puppies should be Salt & Pepper. I should have Black and Black and Silver in the Summer. I also co-own a litter that is due in December and will be 8 weeks in February 2018 these will be Salt & Pepper. My pet puppies are $1,500 and I normally take a non-refundable reservation fee of $100 (will be applied to purchase), this places you in the order of when I receive your reservation, then a deposit of $500 when mother is confirmed pregnant (refundable if we don't have the sex and/or color you wanted), with the remainder of $900.00 due at 8 weeks or at the time you pick up your new family member. Ears are natural unless you want them cropped, if so my vet charges $450 to do that and I keep the puppy 2 weeks for healing time.
