EXPOSE:
1. Considering that an European Cultural Route is a cultural, educational heritage and tourism co-operation project aiming at the development and promotion of an itinerary or a series of itineraries based on a historic route, a cultural concept, figure or phenomenon with a transnational importance and significance for the understanding and respect of common European values.
2. Knowing the content and the rules of the Enlarged Partial Agreement (EPA) on Cultural Routes: CM/Res (2010) 52 – CM/Res (2010) 53, and CM/Res (2013) 65 and CM/Res (2013) 66 confirming the EPA.
3. Knowing the statutes of the International Association Prehistoric Rock Art Trails, the entity that has the management of the Cultural Route of Council of Europe named “Prehistoric Rock Art Trails”, and agreeging with its aims, objectives, and tasks (Acronym: A.I. CARP. Spanish name: Asociación Internacional Caminos de Arte Rupestre Prehistórico. French name: Association Internationale Chemins de l’Art Rupestre Préhistorique).
4. Knowing the nature and composition of Prehistoric Rock Art Trails, Cultural Route of Council of Europe.
5. Having the following Prehistoric Rock Art site(s), those can be integrated in this European Cultural Route:

The adhesion as full member into the International Association CARP. To do this, the following documentation will be attached soon:
· Agreement of Board of Government (from the entity that applies for / or other official document equivalent), in order to the adhesion can be approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly of the I.A. CARP, according with its legal statures, those we recognise to know and to accept.
