Identification Requirements for

TSI ASSESSMENT ONLY

The Testing Center can deny admission to individuals who do not have valid identification. Two forms of identification are required to test at SPC for the TSI ASSESSMENT.

1.  Photo identification can be:

1.  Passport for non-U.S. citizens -- must be current

2.  Driver's license -- must be current – NOT EXPIRED

3.  State issued I.D. card with photo -- must be current year

4.  High school ID (current year) or letter from high school counselor

2.  Proof of Pre Assessment Activity

1.  Certificate of completion of the Pre Assessment Activity (PAA). This is emailed to the email address you provided when taking the PAA. You must provide a hard copy to the testing center on the day of the test. This can not be shown on a phone since electronic devices are not allowed in the testing center

This Pre Assessment Activity is required by the THECB before you take the test. SPC is required to document this on all students taking the TSI ASSESSMENT

On the day of the exam, the candidates should report to the Advising and Testing Office on the Reese Campus in Building #8

1.  Candidates must arrive at the Advising and Testing Center at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled exam time. NO EXCEPTIONS. Plan for parking and time to find testing location.

2.  Candidates must bring valid picture identification

3.  Candidates must bring certificate of completion from the Pre Assessment Activity

4.  Cell phones, electronic devices, google watches, watches purses, jewelry, hat/caps, backpacks, food and drinks are not allowed in testing room. Pencils and scratch paper will be provided by the Advising and Testing Center

FAILURE TO ABIDE BY TESTING RULES WILL RESULT IN STUDENT HAVING TO CHOOSE ANOTHER TESTING DATE AND REPAYING FEES
