IDAHO CUP ELIGIBILITY
ALL NOMINEES MUST BE ENTERED INTO THE IDAHO CUP PROGRAM in order to participate in the Thoroughbred LADIES' CLASSIC. Late entry into the Idaho Cup Program will be accepted for a late fee of $5,000. Once nominated into the Idaho Cup Program, a Thoroughbred will remain eligible to nominate into all Idaho Cup Races appropriate to its gender, age, or special stakes requirements if applicable, its entire racing career.
ALL OWNERS MUST BE MEMBERS of the Idaho Thoroughbred Associationingood standing. ITA dues are $50 annually.
ELIGIBILITY WILL BE BASED UPON LIFE-TIME MONEY EARNED at all race tracks recognized byTru Form. All horses will be listed in order of money earned according to these conditions. Race will be limited to 10 starters. An ITA representative will be available at Sandy Downs on Entry Day to accept entry money. . IF, the 2016LADIES' CLASSIC is cancelled due to lack of nominations or entries, eligible horses may switch to another Idaho Cup race in which he/she meets eligibility requirements with original nominees preferred. Five nominations required for race to be considered.
PURSE DISTRIBUTION: The total purse will be divided as projected on chart located on reverse side of form. (Must start to receivepurse money)
DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the owner/agent to make sure all nomination payments reach the ITA. The ITA cannot be held responsible for the miscarriage of mail delivery, postal holidays, or postage meter mailings. The ITA reserves the right to cancel or postpone this stakes race for any reason it deems necessary, without liability- except for the return of nomination and entry fees paid. No refunds on drop outs. The conditions of this stakes race may be changed with the consent of the directors of the ITA. The undersigned represents that he/she has read and agrees to the conditions of this stakes race as stated within, and that he/she is familiar with and will comply with the rules and regulations governing racing by the Idaho State Racing Commission.
