Competition terms and conditions
1.To qualify for the competition you must be an ICE or Associated Society member and not be an employee, an agent or a director of the ICE Group. ICE reserves the right to verify the eligibility of applications.
2.The voucher prize is per winning entry, is not transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative. ICE reserves the right to give vouchers from any retailer it deems appropriate. For winners outside the UK, a reasonable effort will be made to source a voucher from a suitable retailer operating in the winner’s country and the value will be calculated at the current rate of exchange. ICE will make a reasonable effort to accommodate winners for the visit to One Great George Street in 2018 as part of the prize but we cannot guarantee that the winner’s available dates will be possible and there is no substitute prize for the visit. Visiting winners will be expected to take part in a photo shoot for ICE’s publicity purposes and to accept their subsequent use.
3.Up to three entries will be accepted from individual ICE and Associated Society members. Group entries are also permissible but if a group wins they will be asked to nominate one individual to receive the prize.
5. In entering, you will be assigning ICE the right to develop and use the activity for ICE volunteers free of charge. Any additional commercial arrangements will be discussed and agreed with you in advance of development work, as appropriate.
6. Any entries received after the closing time of 17.00 GMT on 4 June 2018 will not be accepted. ICE will contact the winners by email by Friday 30 June 2018. The winners will be invited to take part in publicity activities surrounding the competition and their name and membership grade will be published in ICE publicity and press releases.
7.No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost or delayed in transmission whether by email or otherwise. ICE takes no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer errors, viruses, bugs or other causes outside its control.
8.ICE reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this competition at any time without prior notice.
