Camera Ready Paper Format Information (Full Papers)

This is an example of the format of the final paper for the 8thAnnual International Conference 2013. It contains the camera ready formatting information. Please use it for orientation.

1Introduction

We would like all authors to follow the guidelines provided.

Do not forget to follow the reviewer comments for your final paper. Please make sure that a copy of your paper is submitted before17:00hrs, 13thMay, 2013. Consideration of papers submitted after the deadline, will be subject to the conference committee’s discretion. We will only accept a softcopy of your camera-ready file as a .pdf (Portable Document Format) file.

2Page Size

All material on each page should be formatted on A4 (210 x 297mm) or 8.5" x 11" paper, single-sided, written in a two-column format and should fit within a rectangle of 160 x 250mm, centered on the page, beginning 24mm from the top of the page. The columns should be 75mm wide, and have a spacing of 10mm in between.

3Text

3.1 Title and Authors

For the title (Times Roman, 24-point, bold font) the , author's names (Times Roman, 12-point, bold font) and affiliations (Times Roman, 12-point, italics font) should run across the full width of the page and be centered. We also recommend phone numbers and/or e-mail address(es). For two or more addresses, use superscript characters like "*", "**" to mark the names with the same address, and write the respective addresses below the name, starting with the corresponding superscript character, as in the following example:

3.2 Abstract and Keywords

Every submission should begin with an abstract of 200 words, followed by a set of not more than four keywords. The abstract should be placed under the title, author names and affiliations.

The abstract should be written using Times 10-point size characters. The word 'Abstract' should be omitted. Insert the abstract text in a 120mm wide, centered text area, and also using Times 10-point size characters.

Keywords should start with the word "Keywords:" also using Times 10-point size characters.

3.3 Normal or Body Text

Use the Times Roman 10-point font for the content of your paper. Only use Sans-Serifs or non-proportional fonts for special purposes, such as distinguishing source code text. Both left and right margins should be justified, not ragged.

3.4 References and Citations

References should appear as a numbered list at the end of the article, and should be written with the same character type as the Body text, that is, 10-point Times Roman font. References should start with a un-numbered section heading stating "References". References should be mentioned in the main text by an Arabic number in square brackets. References should be ordered alphabetically by the first author. All references should be referenced by numbers in brackets. For URL references, the title of the html page should be shown, followed by the URL address. See examples at the reference section.

References should be published materials accessible to the public.

3.5 Page Numbering

Do not include page numbers in your submission.

4Sections

The heading of a section should be in 14-point Times Roman, bold font and start with a number followed by the initial letter of the first word capitalized. Sections should be numbered. Keep two blank lines above a section heading and a sub-heading. Put one blank line under a heading and sub-heading.

Each paper should start with a section called:

and end with a section called:

x Conclusions

After this section the references should follow, as described previously.

4.1 Subsections

The headings of subsections should be in 12-point Times Roman bold font with the initial letter of the first word capitalized.

4.1.1 Subsubsections

The heading for subsubsections should be in 10-point Times Roman bold font with the initial letter of the first word capitalized. Please do not use more than three header levels.

5Figures and Tables

Figures and tables should be inserted at the appropriate point in your text in black and white. Make sure they are clear and with enough contrast to appear correctly in the final proceedings. Each figure and table have to be numbered and captioned in 10-point Times Roman font and should be centered.
