“10th IBSA Worldcup Torball & 26th IBSA European Torballcup 2016 for the blind for the national champion clubs or national teams (women and men)”
which will be held in Ascoli Piceno (Italy) from 27th to 30th October 2016.

Eligibility for participation
Athletes must meet the medical IBSA's conditions (B1, B2, B3) and have to be registered by ISAS: IBSA Sport Administration System.
Eligible are the following clubs belonging to the national member association of the IBSA:
- Titleholder of the 9th IBSA Torball Wolrd Cup 2014 (& 24th IBSA European Torball Cup 2014):
Men: Trento (ITA); Women: Russia (RUS) - Titleholder of the 25th IBSA European Torball Cup 2015:
IBSA withdraw the sanction for the 25th IBSA European Torball Cup 2015. Therefore, titleholder of the 24th IBSA European Torball Cup 2014 are eligible for participation. - The current national champions women and men 2016
- The National Torball Team, women and men, in case there is no Torball national championship
- The women's and men's team of the organizing club

Please indicate in the entry form whether we should reserve a training slot for you on Thursday 27th. In addition, inform us about any special wishes for the training. We try to take all your wishes in consideration. Once collected all training requests, you will get the time schedule.

Arrival is scheduled for Thursday 27th. Please arrive as early as possible, since sight classifications will take place on Thursday. Departure is scheduled for Sunday 30th.
Participation fees
The basic fee is 100 Euros a day, hence 300 Euros. Accommodation will be in double or triple rooms depending of the number of registered participants within your delegation. There is also available a limited number of single rooms, for which we have to charge a single occupancy supplement of 30 Euros a day. Please indicate possible whishes concerning the accommodation in the registration form.
In addition to the registration fees, we have to collect the IBSA fee of 25 Euros for each participating player.
The participation fees include full pensionand all transfers during the tournament. Also included is a free shuttle service from Ascoli Piceno and San Benedetto del Tronto rail station (there and back).
Charges for transfers (there and back) to one of the three nearest airports of Ancona, Rome and Pescara are 25 Euros/person.

Medical insurance
Each Team has to provide on itself medical insurance for each of their athletes. Local Organizing Committee will not be liable for any accident or injury before, during and after the competition.
