Attached are the earnings files for the period in question. The execs were separated from the others.
I will send the 941s separately.

I just want to be sure that we are talking about the same report request.
The file I believe he needs now is not broken down by state, but the file for all earnings by type. So, I am not clear why the limit applies on this particular file – unless I am unclear what he is now requesting.

Hi Donna:
I hope that’s not too much work for you. He may want this because it is easier for him to pick out the officers to apply the maximum limits. Let me ask him why he wants it this way and get back to you.

Hi,
I had to answer several questions for Ray Gong – the auditor – and even though we met with him – he indicated that he is not changing how he wants to look at the information. The one thing he would like as we generate the new file – is to have the execs in a different file. Can we do that?

Hi Donna:
As you know, our work comp policy is an auditable policy of our actual payroll at the end of the policy year. Our policy that ended on Nov 1, 2012 now needs to be audited. Our insurance company for this policy is Tokio Marine and Ray Gong is their auditor. I wanted to give you a heads up, for Ray will be contacting you shortly, per his email below.
The payroll reporting format to Ray should be the same as when you give the figures to me before the inception of the policy; by state, by entity and by classification; i.e., clerical, production, production talent, editors, sales, executive officers. The production talent has the maximum weekly limit in various states. Here are the limits to use:
STATECODEWEEKLY LIMIT
CA 9610 $1,950
DE 9610 250
FL 9610 2,300
NJ 9610 & 76102,270
NY 9610 4,900
PA 936 400
TX 43601,200
For executive officers, the annual minimum and maximum limits are as follows:
STATEMINMAX
CA $39,000 $101,400
FL $20,800 $119,600
NY $29,900 $ 91,000
I have attached the list of executive officers that these limits apply.
Donna, please do not include any payroll from Corday Productions. Corday has their own work comp policy and their payroll does not apply to our work comp policy. Also, I know that Ray Gong requests copies of our 941s. If he needs more information, he can ask for it when he contacts you.
If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.
