The purpose of this modification is to definitize Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 36. This modification is agreed to be complete and equitable adjustment for the contractor's proposal ECP 36 as well as all updates to it. In consideration of the modification agreed to herein as complete and equitable adjustment for all work associated with ECP 36 dated 12/18/00, and updated proposals 11/13/01 and 02/22/02, the Contractor hereby releases the Government from any and all liability under this contract for further equitable adjustment attributable to such facts and circumstances giving rise to the Contractor’s proposal, as well as all amendments, supplements and updates to them.
Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
