Dated Tura, the 3rd May, 2018.

This is for information of all concerned that in pursuance of the Government’s notification No. EDN-172/2002/421dt. 23/03/2018 and DERT’s notification No. DERT/CURR/2/2013/14 dt. 2/5/2018, the Board is pleased to adopt CBSE syllabus and NCERT/CBSE textbooks for Class XI w.e.f. 2018-19 academic session and Class XII w.e.f. 2019-20 academic session in the following subjects:

(i)Physics (ii) Chemistry (iii) Mathematics (Science/Commerce/Arts)(iv) Biology

(v) Economics (Arts / Commerce) (vi) Accountancy (vii) Business Studies

(viii) Entrepreneurship(ix) Informatics Practices/Computer Science (Science/Commerce/Arts).

All concerned are requested to download the syllabus from via Quick Links CBSE ACADEMIC.

For the rest of the subjects, the existing syllabi and textbooks shall continue until further orders.
