INTERNATIONAL GOALBALL TOURNAMENT

Dear Sportsfriends,
We are honoured to invite you to the International Goalball Tournament for Clubs and National Teams, that we are going to organize.

Teams invited: Max. 14 teams - 8 male and 6 female - (First come-from different Countries-first served basis)

Date: Arrival Thursday, March20th after 17.00
Competition Friday and Saturday, March21st-22nd

Departure Sunday, March23rd, after breakfast

Location: The tournament will take place in Venice

Accommodation: all competitors will be accommodated ina Hotel in a twin, double or triple bedrooms.

Food: dinner for all participants will be available at the same location, packed lunch at the venue during competition.

Rules: the competition will be carried out in accordance with 2014 - 2017 IBSA goalball rules.

Teams: We will pay accommodation and food for no more than eight persons (six players and two managers/attendants). Any additional member will have to pay 300,00 EUROS for participation per whole period (Thursday evening-Sunday morning). Every extra night in the hotel will cost 60,00 EURO per person (BB). Extra price for single room will be communicate on request.

Entry fee: The entry fee for each team is 1.600,00 EUROS. The price includes accommodation, food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and local transportation , from day of arrival to the day of departure (starting with dinner on March20th and ending with breakfast on March 23rd, 2014) for max 8 persons. The dead line to transfer the relevant amount to the bank account will be:

Liability: the organizers shall not be liable for any accidents or illnesses that may occur before, during or after the competition.
