• Use ‘forgot password?’ link available in the login page and follow the instructions, the new password generated will be sent to registered email ID.

MY PASSWORD GOT LOCKED?

• Use ‘unlock password?’ link available in the login page and follow the instructions, password will be unlocked

SYSTEM REPLIES ‘TRADE PASSWORD WRONG’ DURING LOGIN?

• Trade password once generated is valid till 11:59:59PM of the respective date

• Maximum 3 Trade passwords can be generated in a day

• Only the very recent password is a valid one and all the older cant be used

• No need to generate trade password on every login, once generated in a day is enough

AFTER LOGGING IN MARKET WATCH (TICKER) DOES NOT APPEAR?

• Check whether JAVA is installed in your Personal Computer by logging from control panel  add or remove programs

• Must be JAVA 7 Version 51 updation

• Advised to download the JAVA available in the login page of CANMONEY

• JAVA should be in enabled status under the ADD ONS option in the browser

MARKET WATCH APPEARS BUT NOT SHOWING PRICE MOVEMENTS?

• Anti-virus may block the feed, and hence the rates on your market watch try for disabling the anti-virus for a while

• Can enable the Anti-virus once the price movements start on the market watch

• Can set the website under exceptions in the Anti-virus with the help of computer engineer/IT vendor.

• Anti-virus sometimes results in hanging of Ticker movements, the above exercise is suggested to sort on the issue.

ERROR MESSAGES SHOWN WHILE FUND ALLOCATION?

• Check any memo entry exists on the account at the Canara Bank branch where the account is maintained

Error message shown while stock allocation (cli not registered)?

• Please check with Canara Bank whether ‘SB AC/ Customer ID’ changed at the branch where the account is maintained

• In such an Occasion Send hard copy of A/c Statement request in two copies with proof duly signed and verified by branch official (One in favour of manager CBSL Mumbai and Second in favour of manager dp Bangalore).

HOW TO OBTAIN MY TPIN(TELEPHONE PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER) FOR TELEPHONIC TRADE FROM CANARA BANK SECURITIES LTD?

• Please send a request to from your registered email Id duly mentioning your Client ID. CBSL will send the TPIN to your registered email address.

EXPLANATION OF ORDER FORM?

1.Exchange : NSE;BSE;FONSE;CDNSE(Select appropriate from the exchanges to Order)

2.Tr.Type : BUY or SELL

3.Mrkt : NL for NSE and RL for BSE by Default

4.Symbol : The scrip code as per the Exchange Definition which the client wants to trade(‘Jaicorpltd’ shown as Example)

5.Qty : The quantity of the Order

6.Mrkt.Type : a) Limit – Price to be specified by the client

b) Market – Order will be executed at the Spot market price

c) Stop Loss – To be specified by the client to minimize loss

7.Price : The amount at which the client desires to place order

8.Disc Qty : Disclosed Quantity is the disclosure client wants to specify in the quantity of Order placed.

9.Trig.Price : The price at which the Stop Loss order to be triggered (Only for Stoploss Orders)

10.Trade Type : OBL(Obligation) for BITSOT Order
