We love the excitement of our woodland Birthday Parties – and we know our party kids do too.
Whether its messing around in our treehouse, toasting marshmallows around the campfire or blowing out the candles on their Birthday cake, we are looking for that special photo that sums up what our parties are all about. So capture the excitement of one of our unique parties and you could be in with a chance to win a Birthday Party for your child in 2018.
You can enter the competition whether you have booked the party yourself or are attending with your child. Just make sure you have permission to use the photographs that you send us.
To give you an idea of what we are looking for, here’s a selection of our favourite party photos, let your imagination go wild!

- Happiness is…..a woodland party, with a delicious cake!
- Never too old - teens and tweens love our woodland parties too.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are set out below.
- Win a Birthday Party at Grammarcombe Woods. Book or attend a Birthday Party with us and email us your best photo of the party to - we will choose the best photograph from all those received and the winner will receive a free Birthday Party (without food for up to 15 children – current value £165). The free Birthday Party must take place during 2018 and is subject to availability.
Email the photograph to us (along with a caption if you like) as a jpeg along with the following information and declaration:
Birthday Party date
Child name and age
Name of parent booking the party
Your name, email address and telephone number
The following declaration:
I have written parental permission to use this photograph/I am the parent of this child (delete as appropriate).
2. Employees of A Touch of the Wild or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. The competition is open to anyone over 18 years who books or attends an A Touch of the Wild Birthday Party during 2017.
5. Closing date for entry is 31st December 2017. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. Up to 5 photographs can be entered per person.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

12. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The promoter will endeavour to hold the party on the date requested by the competition winner, subject to availability.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
