I agree to exercise due and reasonable care and to keep my kennel premises sanitary and property enclosed. The dog is to be fed properly and regularly, and to be housed in clean, safe quarters. All dogs boarded and cared for by RRK without liability on my part for loss or damage from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, injury to persons, other dogs, or property by said dogs, or other unavoidable causes, due diligence and care having been exercised. All dogs entering must be current on vaccinations and free of internal and external parasites. Vaccinations and treatments if necessary will be given by Jordan Creek Animal Hospital.

Daycare- Dogs receiving day care are considered boarding, whether in addition to boarding or as a standalone service. There is an inherent risk associated with grouping dogs together, of which owner waives Raccoon River Kennels of liability. A temperament test will be performed to assess behavior before placement into daycare, for which pet(s) may be denied. Pet(s) may and will be removed from daycare if seen as a risk to others. As a standalone service day care is billed at a rate of $20 per dog per day, and $150 for 10 days.

If the dog becomes seriously ill, the owner has authorized Jordan Creek Animal Hospital to do whatever is necessary in case of illness or an emergency situation; to administer medicine or give other advisable attention, within my discretion and judgement, and such expenses, being reasonable in amount shall be paid by the owner of the dog.

If you pick up your pet early without giving 48 hours notice, you will be billed for the entire length of your reservation. Also, arrivals or departures during non-business hours are subject to a $20.00 fee. No shows will also be charged a fee of $34.00.

I understand that I must contact Raccoon River Kennels within 2 days after the scheduled pick up date regarding my animal, and if I do not do so, this animal may be placed for adoption or otherwise dealt with as deemed necessary by Raccoon River Kennels. I hereby release RRK, its officers, workers or volunteers from any and all liability, loss, injury or claim in connection with this animal or services provided by me.
