Introduction of the product

1. Summary of the product

1. Summary of the product

1) Introduction

CORO 30 ton, a drinking water system using Reverse Osmosis

technology, is designed to supply clean and safe water to the plant, farm and etc. with elegant design and ease of installment and installation.

2) Characteristics

- Low pressure, high flow R/O membrane

Reduced the pressure and noise from pump and remained the high salt rejection rate by using the recently developed R/O membrane for potable water.

- ease of operation

One step operating & controling system using simple and

accurate One-chip Micom(Micro Process Computer).

- Compact design (ease of installment and relocation)

Well planned design by putting in the case and simple steps of installation as connecting to Inlet, Outlet, and Drain line on the backside of the system.

- Economical efficiency

The cost is occurred just by minor power usage, water usage, and replacement of filters like membrane, micro filter and activated carbon filter

- Sterilizer

U.V sterilizer prevents pollution of produced water through R/O System

This system is designed basically for the use of city water.

This system necessarily need pre-treatment if not to use city

water as feed water.

2) Feed water and a power supply

This system is always provided with water and a power

supply because of operating in automatic.

3) Operating condition control

This system is operated in the result of feed water condition

that is changed by feed water quality, pressure, temperature.

This system is operated in best condition by operation setting

in automatic before hand-operated.

4) Exchange and maintenance of supplies

check the system periodically and exchange supplies

(see appendix)

check the operating condition periodically and then handle it

process of outputting R/O water

(2) how to operate

When the power switch is "On" and ready, press "On" on the

control panel.

The R/O water is produced to storage tank(if have) and the

machine will be operated by the level switch in the storage

tank

If the storage level of permeated water is high, the system

is halted and stand by.

The process operated automatically.

(3) operation handle

2) Flushing Mode

(1) what is flushing, when to operate

cleaning process of R/O membrane

to remove scale and leavings from R/O surface used long

period with low pressure feeding water.

(2) how to operate

If there is the R/O storage tank, and when the tank level is

"full", the flushing mode is commenced automatically for R/O

membrane for 5min. Flushing Mode, with opening sol v/v.

If there is the R/O storage tank, and when the tank level was

"empty", the machine will be started with flushing for 1 min

If the sand or carbon filter is doing backwash, R/O membrane

do not produce permeate.

(3) manual flushing

This function is used when membrane is changed or required

long period of flushing

Press the "Mode" button to "Manual flushing"

Then press「ON」

If required to terminate the process, press the "OFF" button.

4. Auto Valve Operating

1) how to operate

(1) The back-wash process of auto v/v does not occur with

A/Carbon filter

(2) Check the Point Knob of auto v/v position to Service

(3) Check a power supply of auto v/v

(4) Back-wash process is operated 1 time every 2 days

(5) Back-wash process is operated in automatic.

(6) The water is drained to pipeline.

(7) Back-wash is "Backwash" process and "Rinse" process.

(8) Back-wash is processed by auto set function(day, time).

This process gives priority although R/O system is on.

R/O system returns automatically after back-wash process.
