March 12, 2014–Hyundai Motor Company, through its official distributor in Chile, provided 186vehicles to the Chilean Government, while the new Head of State opted to use the automaker’s flagship luxury sedan Equus for the inauguration ceremony. Hyundai vehicles transportedthe heads of state, ministers and officials from various countries at yesterday’s ceremony, held at Chile’s National Congress, in the city of Valparaiso.

Hyundai Motor, which has provided top-class vehicles to major government events in Chile over the years, included its globally-renowned products such as the Grand Santa Fe, Tucson and Elantra in the lineup yesterday, all equipped with the latest technology and features to provide maximum safety and comfort.
Furthermore, Hyundai Motor and Automotive Gildemeister operated a special task force team to ensure the cars were delivered in their best condition, while being on standby throughout the inauguration ceremony to respond to any emergency situations.
