Offers in two separate sealed covers containing Technical details and Financial details respectively are invited from interested owners for offeringtheir premises having carpet area of minimum 2000 sqft in the ground floor (only))with separate spacious parkingfor establishing Bank’s Currency Chest of Class ‘AA’ type on lease basis for a minimum period of 25 years. Location of premises preferable in Tirupathi town and surrounding areas. The following are the requirementsfor Currency Chest:

(a)Capet area of 2000 sqft. Separate spacious vehicle parking area of ( 36’x14’)

(b)Single Floor building will be preferred.

(c)If building has more floors that the floor above the premises has to be let out to the Bank.

(d)Building with clear set back as applicable in the area.

(e)Municipal Approvals by the competent authority to be submitted along with the bids.

(f)Building Ceiling Height to be of 12ft.

2.Offers are invited form interested owner whose premises satisfy the above requirements. The cover containing details should be marked as “Technical Bid” (Envelope 1) & “Financial Bid “(Envelope 2) respectively. Relevant copies of title of the property and other related documents to be attached with the Technical Bids. The Envelope 1 & Envelope 2 covers should be sealed and put in a 3rd cover addressed to:
