This forum is for NCEL members. There is no fee to register for the forum. A limited number of scholarships are available for each state. If you would like to request a travel scholarship, please indicate below. Those receiving a scholarship will be reimbursed for actual travel expenses up to $400. In addition to the travel scholarship, NCEL will cover your hotel room for Thursday night, October 22.
Plan to arrive in Boston Thursday October 22 in time to begin meeting at 3 p.m. On Friday, October 23, the forum will begin at 8 a.m. and we will conclude at 5 p.m. We ask that you plan to participate in the entire meeting. If you would like to attend but can only attend part of the meeting, please contact NCEL.

HOTEL:NCEL will make your hotel reservation for you at the Hyatt Regency Boston, One Avenue de Lafayette in downtown Boston. Do NOT contact the hotel to make your reservation. Hotel confirmation number will be sent in early October.
AIR/TRAIN:You are responsible for making your travel arrangements to Boston. If you air or train fare is over $400, please contact NCEL before purchasing. The nearest airport is Boston Logan International (BOS) and nearest Amtrak station is Boston South Station (BOS).
MEALS: Meals provided include a reception on Thursday and breakfast and lunch on Friday. All other meals are on your own and will be reimbursed up to $50 total.
NCEL will reimburse you for air and ground travel expenses within two weeks after the forum, so keep your receipts. You must attend the forum to be reimbursed for expenses. To allow for more legislators to attend, we encourage all participants to book the lowest fare possible.
