*PREREQUISITES:

ENGL 1301 / Completion of ENGL 1301 with a grade of “C” or above.
MATH 1414 / Passing score on placement test or completion of DSMA 0307 with a grade of “C” or above.

TUITION INFORMATION: Tuition for all courses is $180.00 per credit hour. All payments are due at the time of registration. Official registration is complete when tuition is paid in full. Tuition does not include books.

FINANCIAL AID: Tuition Assistance, PELL Grant (FAFSA), Guaranteed Student Loan, MyCAA, Scholarships, Voc Rehab, Veteran’s Educational Benefits (Chpt. 1606/7, 30, 35, 33, VEAP)

PAYMENTS: Check, money order or credit card. A $30.00NSF fee will be charged for returned checks. CTC does not participate in deferred payment plans; tuition is due at the time of enrollment. NO CASH PAYMENTS ACCEPTED.

WITHDRAWAL/REFUNDS: Last day to drop classes without financial liability is prior to the first day of the term. THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF WITHDRAWAL IS THE DATE THE FORM IS SIGNED. Refunds will be computed from the effective date and will be made according to the following schedule:

100% refund / Withdrawal BEFORE the first day of the term semester.
75% refund / Withdrawal if not more than 7 class days of the term or semester has elapsed.
25% refund / Withdrawal if not more than 10 class days of the term or semester has elapsed.
5% refund / Withdrawal if not more than 24 class days of the term or semester has elapsed.
