- Second HR team informs the first HR team of the outcome
- In the case of a difference of opinion, the case is referred to the HR Assistant Director (Operations) for a final decision
- Further to the decision of the HR job evaluation panel, the Head of HR or representative is responsible for informing the Head of College/Corporate Service or nominee, and post-holder, of the grading outcome.
- For consistency and fairness in grades across the University, the grading may be subject to a spot-check by a HR quality assurance panel that tests the grading of a sample of evaluated roles
