Executive Summary

Listed below are the features included in WinFlexOne version release 9.7.3.

A.  FSA/HSA Store – We have added a new FSA/HSA Go To Store link to the participant website MyFlexOnline.com. When enabled, Tthe new Plan Service Provider (PSP) right named FSAHSAStoreAccess will impact all online participants with an FSA or HSA plan account, when enabled for the PSP. Depending on the participant’s selected plan, they will have access to either the Go To FSA Store or the Go To HSA Store link. When there is a limited purpose FSA and HSA benefit involved, the hierarchy will display only the Go To HSA Store link. To enable this feature please submit a request to .

B.  Hide PSP Contact Email Address – We have added a new Plan Service Provide right to hide the online PSP contact email address. When enabled, the new right named HideEmailLinksOnWebsites will hide the email address on the participant and employer websites. This feature was added to prevent participants and employers from emailing secure claim data or participant details to the PSP. When enable for the PSP, all participant and employer websites will hide the PSP email address from view. To enable this feature please submit a request to .

Go To FSA/hSA Store

We have added a new FSA/HSA Go To Store link to the participant website MyFlexOnline.com. The new Plan Service Provider (PSP) right named FSAHSAStoreAccess provides online participants with the ability to access FSA or HSA Store merchandise using a pass through link. When enabled for the PSP, all companies and their participants with either a FSA or HSA Plan can easily navigate over to the store and purchase their eligible products. To access the online store, users will simply click on the new store link found on the right-hand side menu bar or use the link found under the Claims & Payments tab.

As part of the release sequence, the default to access the FSA and HSA Store is off disabled for all PSPs. With Plan Controller access, a Plan Controller can easily enable or disable individually PSPs for store access.

Listed below are the participant steps to access the FSA/HSA Store.

A.  Go To Store – When Store access is enabled, a new link will persist on the right-hand column menu bar. Participants can also access the Store link from the Claims & Payments Tab. The Store button will follow the current Submit a Claim button rules, along with the additional requirements provided below.

  1. Participants are able to view and access the FSA/HSA Store in the following circumstances.
  2. FSA Store will only display for participants with current or previous year elections with an FSA Plan Type. Note: This will include all benefits listed under the FSA Plan.
  3. HSA Store link will only display for participants with current or previous year elections with a HSA Plan Type. Note: Only Participants with the (HSABank) plan will be able to access the HSA Store.
  4. Zero Dollar Election - The appropriate link will display if the participant has a zero dollar FSA or HSA election in the current or prior plan year.
  5. If the participant has a Limited Purpose FSA and HSA, HSA is higher in the hierarchy, so the participant site will only display the Go To HSA Store Link.
  6. Termed Benefits – The appropriate Store link will display even if the participant has a termed current or previous year election FSA or HSA plan election.

B.  Claims & Payments – In addition to the right-hand column option, the Go To Store link is also available under the Claims and Payments tab.

  1. The Go To Store link under claims and payments will follow all the same rules listed above for the right-hand column link.
  2. To access the store click on Go To FSA Store.

C.  A new website tab will open for the FSA Store. Note: If you are having issues accessing the store you may need to allow popups to allow the Store page to open.
