Ensures the business viability of the company through marketing, networking, people development and finance management initiatives.

Designs, develops and conducts various HR, leadership and other soft skills training programs. Active in improving organizational effectiveness of companies with Consulting engagements.

May 2006- Present, Director for Business & People Development, and a Board of Trustee of Interface Computer College

As Director : Responsible for identifying business growth opportunities and for training and growth of the employees, teachers, staff. Also identifies programs to support the personality development of the students.
