How to log into the TISOA-NC Collegiate soccer Officials Game Assignment system to check your schedule as a coach.
For all matches for which TISOA provides game officials, those officials check and follow ONLY the game schedule listed in our Arbiter system. It is imperative to insure your games are covered appropriately that you make certain the games we have listed for your program are accurately listed and none are missing, have incorrect kick off times, or are still listed even though you have decided not to play a particular match.
Here is a step by step guide as to how to access your team’s schedule of games to insure accurate coverage.
First, from your web browser enter the web address of This will bring you to the page shown below.
In the upper right corner enter your current email address and then your password. (If you have forgotten your password then after entering your email address click on the Forgot Password? Link and the system will automatically email you the password to the email you listed—assuming it is one matching our records). After entering the email and password click go. You will then see your home screen, an example of which is displayed below. (I have used Troy’s account for an example but just substitute your name for his and it is exactly the same).
From the screen above click on the schedule tab in the upper left of your screen. That will display the screen below.
The row which has site in the type column refers to ALL games played at your home playing site, including other program matches of your institution, I.e. both Men’s & Women’s game, and any other games being hosted at your site, even those not involving your team, such as other matches in a tournament you are hosting. To display these games click on the number under the games column in the site row.
The row which has team in the type column refers to ONLY games played by your team, both home and any away games where TISOA provides coverage. To display these games click on the number under the games column in the team row.
The first screen below shows a site schedule and the second shows a team schedule.
If you are accessing the schedule within 15 days of the playing date of the match you can also see the assigned officials and their contact information for the match as displayed in the two screen below. To see the contact info of an official click on the official’s name. The first screen below shows the assigned officials for that game and the second shows the contact info for an official which is displayed when their name is clicked on.
